What is a Reiki Attunement?

While some steps are essential in the process, the entire experience will be personalized to your needs. Maybe you want us to connect via Zoom and do a meditation together, or perhaps you want some coaching before or after.

There will be a lot more besides the Reiki Attunement, and I will be happy to make a bundle package if you need various things, so you can get them at a discounted price. I understand that each person is different, and so are their needs. Each attunement is unique and special.

I will allow the Spirit to guide me in which level or levels you should receive your attunement. Normally, if you are getting started, we will work on Level 1 alone. However, if your Spirit Guides tell me you are ready, and you are willing, we will work on both first levels in one single attunement. The Reiki Master/Teacher level always goes on its own.

A few things to keep in mind: Preparation Guidelines

As I stated above, each individual is different, so each Reiki Attunement is unique. However, there are a few aspects to keep in mind during the attunement process. It is good to have an idea as far as preparation guidelines:

• Make sure to have complete clarity on receiving the attunement. If you are doubtful, it means that you are not ready yet, and this is completely okay. Please don’t push it, as if I sense you are pushing it, I will not recommend you to get Reiki attuned yet.
• Ensure that you are free on the day of the attunement and that it is as peaceful as possible. It is wonderful to dedicate the day to yourself, especially after the attunement for you to have a fantastic integration of the energy.
• Some individuals might have a headache after Reiki Attunement or flu-like symptoms. Don’t worry at all, most likely, you are feeling a lot of energetic activity in your Crown Chakra, (or others depending on the symptoms) clearing away any blogs and stuck negativity. Through a healing session on top of the attunement, you will be able to help remove these symptoms away if they appear.
• Once you are Reiki attuned you want to work on daily self-healing for 21 days at least, especially before you attempt to heal other individuals. You will connect more and more with the energy, and for integration purposes is pretty much a must.
