Perfect Version of Self

This meditation is called “Perfect Version of Yourself.” This is my first meditation that does not have a spiritual aspect. This meditation will help you find your way to optimal health. I understand the importance of having certain elements that society asks for. For this reason, this meditation will project some aspects of physical appearance where you will find yourself in an athletic body. Also, of course, this meditation focuses on the well-being of physical health and on projecting the start of a beautiful day.

  • Title: Perfect Version of Self (Wellness Meditation.)
  • Duration: 20 Minutes with progressive relaxation throughout most of the meditation.
  • Goal: Strengthen your health. Start the day on the right foot. Manifest desired improvements.
  • Level: All levels.

  • Background: Instrumental Music.
  • Extra: 432 Hz, Theta Brainwaves.
  • Note: Do not listen to this meditation while driving or using heavy machinery.
